UNITED STATES (DOMESTIC) SHIPPING:
A $10 flat rate ground shipping fee is charged for all domestic orders.
We ship via UPS. Please note that all addresses associated with a PO Box will ship via USPS.
All orders made before 3:00 pm EST on a standard business day will be processed and shipped on that day. Orders placed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and national holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day. We do not ship on weekends.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We now ship worldwide to most countries! Online orders placed outside of the U.S. will be processed within 1-3 business days and are shipped via FedEx.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All beauty, fragrances, t-shirts, sweatshirts, accessories, swimwear and sale merchandise are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit and are FINAL SALE.
Full priced selected ready-to-wear and footwear styles are eligible for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of package.
